Syntax: emote <msg>

Prepends your name to <msg> and prints it to all players
in the current room. The emote command allows for
emotions/actions that aren't normally available.

Example: 

What you type:
emote scratches his butt

What other people in room see:
:<Yourname> scratches his butt
