The victim will subsequently flee for his/her/its life. The duration of this fleeing period is dependant on the level of the spell of the caster vs. the awareness of the victim. The state of panic can last quite a long time, as it is very traumitizing to be frightened this way. After the duration, the victim will regain control of him/her/itself, and probably to exact revenge on the caster.
