This prayer will bring to life any ghost provided the ghost is of the faction of Everen, the Many Faces, Mother of All, and even the Atheists or the mad followers of the Old Ones since the Goddess will not turn her back on any who might be redeemed to the light.
The ghost must be in a gateable room.
