They now scale &lt;br&gt;much slower and should be able to be killed without as much needs for &lt;br&gt;heals until about L15 where they are identical to the old NPCs. Their XP &lt;br&gt;may be a bit lower but their damage done will be even lower still. Also &lt;br&gt;until L15 NPCs do not gain the benefit from having a higher class weapon &lt;br&gt;than their natural level based wc.
