Title : sleep/quell/charm tweaks
- successfully charming something will now end peace on the charmie.
- reduced the duration on quell/soothe a little.
- sleep should work more consistently but should end after only a few
rounds.
- 'sleep'ing creatures are no longer immune to charm.
