I guess you can call this an increase for bandit, and in
someways a decrease. I reworked foul, now however, there
is only 4 valid fouls: headlock, clothesline, throw, and
sand.
However, some of the fouls were worked around to
compensate for these changes. Test it out.. tell me what
you think.
P.s. I'll be watching it and adjusting it accordingly
