Brought the code more in line with other shop code. You can
now use "list" instead of "read list" and you can buy multiple
items. Players with make skill get items that correspond to
their current make skill. The cost is still 200 gold per item.
note, buy 1 and buy 2 do no longer work but:
'buy 5 shuriken' or "buy 10 caltrop" or "buy net"
do work...
let me know if i broke anything in the process
