Okay, the help system has been changed slightly. You can still type help,
but if you want to access any topic, including spells,songs,skills etc you
just type help <topicname>. This means no more typing help spells blast,
just type help blast. Other than help on skills/spells/songs/forms/ or
any other intermediate command help should work the same way. Remember
it's now just help <topicname> and that's it. Please bug any problems.
