Title : Necromancers
Necromancers are now in BETA.
Old necromancers should receive a new skill set upon login.
Existing playtesters should reselect.
In addition, the following changes have been made:
-Spectres are much less efficient at draining sp.
-Spectres reduce the target's awareness/resistance
-Necros now have the 'hand' spell.
