Title : Wisps/Talisman quest
Due to the way some of the code was working in the Talisman quest,
Wisps found it extremely difficult, if not impossible
to complete. The code has been altered very slightly
to account for the that, so wisps should be more in
line with the rest of classes in difficulty.
