There have been some major changes to seas/flood but it is
by and large cosmetic from the end-user's standpoint, so
please let me know if you notice anything whacky about
seas or flood or the next few days.
Further, seas/flood now interact with sands in negative
ways. (i.e. if a room is flooded and someone prays sands,
it has the possibility of overcoming the seas; the reverse
is true as well).
