3 fixes to native code.
1) Native NPCs will no longer leave skinned eq.
2) Native weapon hit message should be fixed to use action code
and use appropriatish nows and pronouns.
3) Native band...
Most of you probably didn't notice but you weren't getting a
banding bonus on non-magical stuff. That situation has been
resolved by the all powerful Charon.
