The Chaos spell has been a bit de-gayified. Mages will not be able to cast
it unless they are in combat with atleast one PC. The previous 50% HP
requirement still stands. Also, some issues with war has been adressed,
lets just say that Chaosmages are more likely to give you war-points now.
