Title : minor ride change

You've always gotten a bonus to your combat while riding/being ridden, as
long as you had the 'ride' skill. That hasn't changed.

However, *if both rider and steed are players*, you now get extra combat
boosts:
- *both* people get the standard ride bonus (even if one doesn't have the
skill).
- if you have the skill, you a bigger bonus.
- if you both have the skill, you both get an even bigger bonus.

Why? This is to encourage player cooperation by making riding players a
better option (hopefully, it'll somewhat make up for the loss of the NPC
steed's damage and hp). It's alo an attempt to make centaur
knights/warlords/dks slightly better.

ps. Also, Warlords can now ride players as well as their personal steeds.
Why? Just 'cuz. ;)
