Title : centaur v3.0

centaurs got a moderate reworking.

1) stat base changed from +10 -10 -5 +5 to +10 -5 -15 +10.
2) skill mods redone, to reflect their 'theme' and their general
horsiness.
3) they have a chance (based on con) to keep from running slow while
wounded. this is similar to a weakened version of the 'run' skill, except
that it's innate (doesn't require exp).
4) they get extra hoof-strike attacks every few heartbeats. the frequency
is based on 'attacking', or on your level if you dont have that skill.

imo, this is a pretty substantial boost. i'll give it a month or two and
re-evaluate.centaurs might lose the bonus attack or have it reduced.

HOWEVER. this is definitely a big reduction to you centaur druids out
there (all two of you). mudmail me and we'll discuss your situation.

for existing centaur hunters, this is pretty close to a zero-sum change or
maybe a slight boost. mudmail me your opinions.
