I cleaned up the party exp code. Atm
you recieve totalexp/partymembers * 1.5
this isnt a change just clarification.
There is a new party cmd: party damage
this will toggle whether you need to be
attacking or just in the room to share
damage. If it is on you just have to be
in the room.
If there are any wierd exp effects because
of this pls report right away.
