Title : bounties!

Now when you kill someone and collect a bounty (bounty room is
down from Village Green - where the top PK list is now) we
store your collective value you have received doing bounties.
Obviously previous bounties you have done cannot be stored,
so it starts from here!

Oh, and there is (thank Yoshi for the suggestion) a top list
now. We consider these people mercenaries.

Since no one has collected any bounties since this change, we
have no mercenaries yet. So I cannot really test it, and the
list is empty.

Time to go kill some bountied people to help me test!

Oh, and 'score now lists your total collected bounty money as
well.
