You no longer get a tooth if you have a magic item in your inventory.
Also, there is now a hard cap on teeth up until hero level. The cap is
500 teeth per level. So for example, if you are level 10, the most teeth
you can have is 5000. If you want more teeth than that, you need to get
to level 11, at which point the cap will be 5500. At level 19+1, the cap
is removed. Enjoy.
