1: hardcore players now get tokens and money in wars. they are
unable to choose money or exp rewards, they are forced to receive
money awards. Yay hardcore!
2: there is no longer ANY break between twar start times. Within
a minute of the end of a war another one should be startable.
Please test this out for me and bug anything strange.
