Shaolin help file updated to reflect that Shaolins will not
participate in war, nor will they initiate combat against another
player, I have not put in the player initiated combat hooks yet,
I will do this weekend, but as they are still beta they are still
not allowed to initiate combat against another player by the
beta test rules.
