1. Doubled the cost of the crack whip attack. (now 10 sp)
2. Added a 'damage over time' (dot) component to the crack whip attack.
Some quick info on the dot:
a. The dot is based on the damage done by your crack whip attack.
b. Dot timer gets refreshed to max on subsequent crack whip attacks.
c. If the strength of a subsequent dot is stronger, it will boost the
current dot to match.
d. The dot does not stack.
