It's still a damage absorb shield. But it doesn't disappear when the
absorb
counters run out which means the secondary effects is still there.
I also gave it a little extra AC and it's now stackable up to a point.
All in all, it's closer to the original version and I hope you'll find
it more fun this time. :)
