Rather than play with the damage of chain lightning (which seems
like it should be/is fine to me), I've upped the amount of bolts
it will fire. Let's see how that goes.
Also, Exu finally got a different title to the millions of +6-7
sylphs. But he has to xp to +9 to get the best title.
