Changes for hitback now implemented for the following classes,
skills and spells.
* Vengeance
* Necro shield
* Waterfire
* Vampires
The change should not have any material impact on gameplay. The
difference is that any hitback functionality will now happen at
the end of the turn rather than in between opponent attacks. If
you notice anything weird with these, please let me know.
