I have made three pretty big changes. It even broke the mud for a few
minutes. :)
* I have implemented a softcap to attacking. Softcap is a diminishing
return on any attacking above what you get from stats and skills.
* Attacking is no longer resisted by combat.
* The global hardcap that limited all subs without a specific hardcap
set has been raised from 2 to 9.
Atm, there is both a softcap and a hardcap but I will try to eliminate
the hardcap in as many places as possible in the days to come.
Overall this is a boost to attacking. A test with a +4 Werewolves for
exaple gave them one more attack than usual.
Don't be surprised if some classes with lots of attacking get a nerf
when I discover how much they were limited by hardcap before (faerie-
dragons come to mind).
