I've cleaned up the maths and consider (sometimes you could
consider things, see you'd get teeth, but not actually get
any on killing the npc).
Now: all mages higher level than the native give teeth. All
player kills should give 50 teeth. All npcs 3 lvls higher
with no magic skill should give 1 tooth. As an added bonus,
banded natives killing mages will get 2 teeth apiece.
