Title : jotun bug of horrible, horrible death

After spending several hours watching jotun combat spam at the behest of
powerful special interest groups and corporate lobbyists, I've narrowed
down the conditions under which jotuns--particularly ice jotuns--may deal
some absolutely ridiculous rounds.

I'm not, however, a "math" person, so the "fix" I've implemented is
arbitrary, temporary, and subject to revision by people who aren't
mathematically challenged. This fix *should* make it safe to fight jotuns
again. Relatively, at least. They're still beast, but they shouldn't be
capable of pulling down 500-400 point rounds.
