The small village of Screep, located deep in the forest east and north of Rymalind, is being plagued by a ferocious dragon. Destroy the dragon

before it completely wipes out the village. Consult the blacksmith of Screep for more help.

Suggested Player Level to complete: 7

Get nightshade (3e, 4n, 2nw, n, pick berries)

Get a rope

Go to Screep. (ride rymalind, n, all e, se, e, se, ne, 4n, ne, 3n, 2e, se, ne, e, ne, se, e, ne, 3e, se, east.

Go east through town all the way, south and east through woods, cross log to golem. 'enter cottage'. (ANSWERS TO RIDDLE BELOW).

All east, get scroll, listen to illusion's story and wait (do NOT look at books)

Go all west back to Screep, get mortar and pestle from Burnt Out House on south side (search ashes)

(Optional: Talk to blacksmith: ask about dragon, spear, enchantment, stolen, wizard, river, bridge)

Head west out of village and north to base of mountain on ne side of forest (room has only sw exit) and 'search bushes'

enter cave, n, ne, n, ne

tie rope to stalagmite (if you don’t fly, otherwise you cannot get out of crevice)

Or if you fly like I did, foolish enter crevice, get spear and then "up" to exit

grind nightshade

dip spear in juice (even tho you don’t have a juice item in inventory or ground)

enchant spear (with scroll)

n, ne, 3e

throw spear at memvorashlagon

quest is done!

(1 mil damage done from spear, xp granted for 1 mil damage done, possible abuse for lowbies ?)
