Races who are skilled (or unskilled) with the sword will
now find they are equally as skilled (or unskilled) with
other skills which behave like swords, such as deathblade
or holy-sword.

In addition, half-elves now have half the skill bonuses
that elves get as well as half the bonuses humans get.
