Regarding changelings and offering heads. You can now offer heads from
things like bp's and discs. You can now also offer heads if the person who
killed the npc is in your party. However, the person who killed the npc
can't be over 5 levels bigger than you. So partying with a hero wisp at
level 1 will net you no piety! Also removed an infinite piety bug :) Also
changed the room some, so if you notice anything, which you shouldn't bug
it!
