I believe i fixed a bug with rob, where much like
other stealing type skills, one was
prevented from robbing someone that was aggro
to them without themselves going
aggro themselves.

Please test this out, my tests were relatively inconclusive,
partially attributed to my being extremely tired and somewhat lazy
at this point.
