Title : Augment Spell Update

The augment spell for enchanters now has two new options. In addition to
adding a light enchantment to an item and decreasing the weight of an
item, enchanters may now add a darkness enchantment to an item or increase
the weight of an item. Also, the syntax for the spell has changed for all
four options. See 'help spells augment' for new syntax. Submit a bug if
you notice anything broken.
