So, I changed smoke, haze, and weather control in the way
that they put the strings (smoky), (haze), (crisp), etc on
the rooms. IN particualr, rooms that have things in them will
no longer get those THINGS smoky, but the room, example:

Some Room Name <e, s, w>
some thing (smoky)

Now properly looks like

Some Room <the exits> (smoky)
the things

OK, so, I'm sure I missed a ton more. Please let me know by
tell or mudmail those that I've forgotten - ie: skills htat
modify a rooms short description. Don't tell me about ones
that defile/bless terrain, those are fixed as wll.

So, please keep your eyes open for anything funky and let
me know!
