Chaosmages now have a new spell - Havoc. Reselect in the guild
to get it. The spell is similar in syntax to Warp, but rather
than contort the body it calls upon the powers of chaos to
grant the chaosmage access to spells he would not normally
have. These forces them cast the spell onto the target.

Read up on 'help spell havoc'.

Chaosmage monsters will be using it too, so be aware.
