There was a rather large bug in ninjas and changelings
that allowed NPC changeling (only NPCS, not players)
to have two hearbeats per round thus effectively doubling
the # of attacks they got per round. This has been fixed.
Thus you won't see The Mother in the changer invasion
doing 10 attacks per round anymore. ;)
