Stat/skill bonuses of following items were halved (in most cases):

Cloak of Magus, Amulet of Ice, Spellbook, Int specs, Borbik boots, Wolor
Priest ring, Sea Hag Whip, Dragon ring, Amulet of Amun, Combat cloak, Ring
of Change, Vershield, Super Chip, Ovir Crown, Fetish necklace, Antrims
dagger, Sarwyns armour, Bloodstone, Ring of Life, Eye of Amun, Leng dragon
amulets, Gold etched ring, Frost claws.

If I BROKE anything bug it. More to come. The general idea is to lower
impact of equipment (yes, that also means enchantments/permanences are
high on the list).
