The efficency of all inscribes for
anyone else than the enchanters
has been roughly cut in half.

The negative AC boost that
inscribed armours previously
gave has been altered:
Inscribes of kind "Damage"
cast on armours will still give
negative AC, but a lot less than they
used to. - All other
kinds of inscribes no longer
provide negative AC.
