I tried to fix an ancient bug (I am really surprised nobody noticed before)
related to portals created with a portal builder.
The previous situation was that you couldn't enter when you were
caltroped, BUT when you were flying, you could enter even though you had a
net over you.
This should be fixed now.
Please bug anything strange about portals immediately. Thanks.
