As a follow up to the post above you can now spend exp even if you
have not selected a subclass. I am not sure why the change was made
for not being able to spend exp, I am guessing because of a cheese
however as we are lookig to encourage exploration before locking in
a sub I have removed the subclass requirement.
Any issues please bug them attention me.
