Firstly, I assume you've read my post on the Main Board from
yesterday.

Now, when you PK someone you will force a title change for them
to:

[SHAMED] <name> was beaten by a pulp by <you>.

Currently this lasts for a whole 60 seconds but obviously te
intention is to change that to a good value when I figure one
out. Your title will automatically come back after the
time - EVEN IF YOU AREN'T LOGGED ON.
