Slight redesign of hydra.
* Regrow cooldown removed.
* Regrow is now instant.
* Regrow is more powerful.
* Hydras start with 9 heads.
* Hydra can lose heads while in combat.
* Hydra can regenerate heads with regrow up to the cap.
* Hard cap at 20 heads.
* Hydra has a 20% chance to lose a head every round (down to 9) out of
combat.
