Title : Stolen items

I have changed how stolen items are handled.
A stolen item is now considered 'hot' for
5 minutes, during which time it cannot be sold, trashed
and so on. If the stealer quits or dies the item
is brought back to the original owner.

Appreciate feedback if it should be changed or even removed.
