So previously, fetid took ages to have any appreciable effect,
but also took yonks to reduce in effect. Like, ludicrous
amounts of time. I've increased the straight up effectiveness
by around 275% with a tradeoff of a much faster return to
full strength for the attackee.

Also, the helpfile was a bit inaccurate so I've changed that too.
