An ancient evil still remains from the Dream Wars of the Chaos Age. In lost Kyldiss, you must piece together ancient, and terrible lore to try to conjure a magic of an eldritch age to combat the eons old curse.
Suggested Player Level to complete: 22
Idea is to kill the queen and save kyldiss from lycanthropy. Have to make an ice golem
Need 5 books, heart jewel, ice golem, and not sure if amulet of winter is needed.
Books - one on pedestal in room below xeriz
one in general's safe (get code by search corpse of hung thief, cut rope to get him down)
one in graveyard, from bore it's d,3e,s dig grave
one is e,2d from stairway in temple of spring. keys to get there are on drunken mage, in snow in fey garden, and one in tables or chairs or carpet in room above. search bookshelf to get book.
one in sorrin library. search bookshelves to get it.
Jewel - give corpse of general krythin to xeriz to get jewel
Golem - 1 u from entrance of mage tower, search table, get chisel. then wander around catacombs till you find a room with table and tools. type "quarry ice" to get block. don't forget to type get all before leaving room or you won't have it. then, type "carve ice into golem"
amulet - in temple, we room search snow, kill remorhaz, search snow again. in east room, break icicle, then insert diamond in amulet or disk to form amulet.
flame in temple - l screen, look buttons. push to see what each does. white one locks in place at end. point is to get the 5 liter jug to hold 4 liters, then press lock. so, fill 5 liter, then pour it into 3 liter, leaving 2 in the big jug. empty small jug, then pour 2 into small jug. then, fill 5 again, and pour it
into small one. this will leave 4 in big one. press white button, grate opens, flame appears.
at altar and tapestry, place book in depression (x5), you will get colorful book. then place gem in bowl to light heart. get gem from bowl. drop carving. place heart in golem, trace sigil, quest done!
