Title : Peace / Fear and NPCs

I've capped the rounds of peace an NPC can inflict on a player to 5 rounds.
Also trolls / worms / probably some other subs, their roar skill is now
capped at 1 room when it forces you to flee. NPCs are now immune to other
NPCs roar, before they would roar defensively and other NPCs in the room
would aggro them.
