I've added a 5 minute cooldown to prevent wear/unwear cheese
to replenish follower sp. The timer begins when you successfully
wear the ring, and summon an undead follower. If, for any reason,
you remove the ring (including death), you will not be able to
summon another undead follower until the 5 minutes has elapsed.
Let me know if there are any issues (other than complaining about
the RoU being quoteunquote nerfed).
