Title : General shops - buyback option

There is now a "buyback" flag for each item you sell so you can buy it back
at the price you sold it to the shop. This was implemented by Disdain and
not posted because he is probably too busy coding another awesome stuff.
Please keep in mind there is a cleanup routine so if you sell many items
and reach the stock limit (400 unique items), based on previously modified
rules (see post 381), some of the items might be immediately cleaned up
and may not be available for buyback.

I just added "list buyback" option (for all availale filtering details
please see "help store") - currently only for the Mainland Shop(w, s, w
from CoT), but if all goes well, it should apply to all shops across
Tsunami soon.
