After spending years with them in bars,&lt;br&gt;shops, and fighting along side them in the Holy War the citizens&lt;br&gt;have come to charge.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;As such, the banks of Tsunami have opened their doors to the &lt;br&gt;nonhumanoids. They will receive debit cards and can use them just&lt;br&gt;like a regular humanoid.
