I removed the 1 minute per&lt;br&gt;aggro action and changed it back to a flat 5 minutes for an&lt;br&gt;aggro action. Each action after the first will push you back&lt;br&gt;up to the 5 minute limit. Untargetted skills/spells/prayers&lt;br&gt;do not reset the 5 minute timer. The stealing aggro is still&lt;br&gt;based on the value stolen. I also removed the 3 minute aggro&lt;br&gt;time you got when you killed someone.
