It's a word...How long&lt;br&gt;can it take to speak it? :)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Cooldown now affect all words so be careful which one you choose.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;PW:Stun is now a very short stun effect, not a -combat effect.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;PW:Blind is the same as before, just AE effect.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;PW:Fear acts more like roar now.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;PW:Kill went through the biggest change. It now has a chance of&lt;br&gt;instantly killing whoever hear the word.
